10 Secrets To Grow Faster Long Gorgeous Hair

It is no wonder that all of us crave for long and healthy hair. But if you are looking to grow your hair long, here are a few tips for healthy hair that you will need to follow.

1.  Oil your hair at least two times a week. Nutrition is essential for your very much alive roots and oiling will give to your hair the nutrition and strength to grow as you want. As castor oil is quite viscous, mix it with an equal amount of coconut, olive, or almond oil and massage your scalp with it and leave it on for 30-60 minutes. Then shampoo your hair.


2. One of the simplest beauty tips for you is to massage your scalp at least twice a week. This improves the blood flow which will help your hair to get additional nutrients and stop hair loss. Another very popular trick for a good blood flow is flipping your hair upside down by flipping your head over for two to four minutes daily.




3. Keep your hair clean and remember these simple tips: 
-   Don't wash your hair more than three times a week. By washing it every day will make it dry and brittle.
-   Don't use hot water - hot water has the same effect as heat treatment and your hair will be left dry and frizzy. Also, when wet, the hair gets brittle - just be gentle when washing.

 4. Always use a conditioner. You can use a regular packaged product or go for homemade remedies - you can use both an egg conditioner and a hair mask for regular use. Also, an extremely brittle hair needs deep conditioning once a week. Apply a hair mask that suits you best. Tie a hot towel around it and let it sit for a while. This will open your scalp pores and will ensure a better absorption of nutrients.

  • Whisk an egg. Mix in four tablespoons of grape-seed oil and a few drops of lavender oil. Apply it on your hair and scalp and leave it on for half an hour. Finally, rinse it out and shampoo your hair as usual.
  • Apply a mixture of two egg yolks and two tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil on your scalp. Leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes. Wash it out with cold water and then shampoo your hair.
  • Alternatively, whisk an egg and add one cup of milk, two tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil, and the juice from half a lemon to it. Apply it on your scalp and leave it on for 20 to 30 minutes before washing it out and shampooing your hair.

5. When your hair is wet, never brush it - this causes severe breakage. Otherwise, brush it sensitively. Use a wide toothed comb, especially if you experience tangles. De-tangle the hair from the bottom and slowly work up as it will reduce breakage. Pulling carelessly will only lead to breakage and brittle hair. Brushing once or twice in the morning and once or twice at night will stimulate the circulation of your scalp. And remember - Brush your hair like it's spun from gold.


6. Avoid nutritional deficiencies because they tend to affect your hair. An extremely important thing to make your hair grow healthy is having a diet rich in protein, vitamins and minerals. This includes a variety of foods rich in vitamins A, B, C, E, iron, magnesium, zinc and selenium. Dairies, low fat meat, fresh veggies, seeds and fresh fruit and vegetable juice are an essential prerequisite to healthy and strong hair.


7. Infuse your hair with herbs. Herbal remedies and treatments are very effective to promoting hair growth. Catnip and rosemary, nettle, horsetail, burdock and sage are excellent - they stimulate the hair follicles and add luster to your locks.
